Blue Paper Bins
When paper is used on both sides, it's put in the blue paper bins.
Used As a Trash Can
One goal is to use all recycle paper bins as paper bins and not trash cans.
Large Paper Bin
All the blue paper bins are emptied into the larger green bins.
Full
When the large bins fill up, we take them out.
Out for Pick Up
The five large paper bins are collected ever other week.
